Elkapsling AB is a growing industrial company in Ånge that develops, manufactures and markets cabinets and enclosures for the protection of electrical and electronic equipment. Manufacturing and development take place at the factory in Alby outside Ånge and the customers are mainly in the Nordic region.

Elkapsling Group currently has 110 employees, of which 85 are in Alby and 25 in our subsidiary Steelo AB in Bredaryd. Elkapsling Group is part of the Lagercrantz technology group, which operates in nine countries in Europe as well as in India, China and the USA. We are looking for a

Human Resources and Payroll Administrator

Tasks:

• Work with related tasks such as pension, taxes, holiday planning, statistics, reports and documentation, etc.
• Establish and be responsible for budgets for occupational health care, wellness and other staff activities
• Together with the respective manager, be responsible for the rehabilitation work
• Be a member of the health and safety committee
• Have a coordinating function in the wellness work
• Assist and support responsible managers in their personnel work with interpretations of laws and agreements
• Participate as a resource in recruitments and sometimes also in negotiations

Powers:

• Responsible for payroll accounting including bonus calculation and travel expenses
• Responsible for archiving and documentation of personnel documents
• Be responsible for updating personnel information
• Procurement and call-off of external services according to cost or investment budget
• Be a contact person for the Occupational Health Service, the Public Employment Service, the Social Insurance Agency, the Tax Agency, AFA, Fora, the School and others
• Represent Elkapsling in agreement with the CEO

Relationships:

• Reporting to the CEO
• Co-opted member of the company’s management team
• Actively contribute to a team-based way of working throughout the company

Competences:

• Tertiary education or equivalent in a relevant field
• Many years of experience working with human resources issues
• Good knowledge of laws and requirements in the field of human resources
