We are now looking for welders for our production where the manufacture of our products takes place in well-organized premises and with modern machines and equipment. We are an organization with a great entrepreneurial spirit, short decision-making paths and a strong customer focus at every stage.

The main tasks are sheet metal processing in both manual and automated equipment. All manufacturing is started via the ERP system and you will, based on the documentation there, start the step and perform control and review of the manufactured product against drawings or other specification and report manufacturing in the business system. As we work in a team-oriented way and help each other, you can carry out other workshop work in production if necessary. You must actively participate in maintaining order in the workshop and a good working environment and embrace our values Openness – Cooperation – Development.

The position is located in Alby in the municipality of Ånge. The position is full-time and currently daytime.

Who are you?

Ideally, you have a post-secondary education in technology/industry and experience of industrial work that included manual/mechanical sheet metal processing and welding.
The role requires good knowledge in sheet metal processing and experience in welding as well as experience of reading drawings. It is meritorious to master both MIG/TIG and experience of working in the Monitor ERP system.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, initiative-taking, team-oriented and positive and has the habit of working at a high pace. A structured way of working and good order are a prerequisite for managing the tasks in a good way.
You have good knowledge of Swedish and are proficient in English in speech and writing and have good computer skills.
