Seller to Elkapsling/Steelo

We are now expanding our presence in southern Sweden through a collaboration with our sister company Steelo. This is to get closer to current and potential customers and increase our presence and level of service.
We are therefore looking for a relationship-building and consultative salesperson of customized solutions for control cabinets and enclosures. In this position, you are responsible for sales in southern Sweden based at our office in Bredaryd.

All manufacturing and development takes place in the factory at our units in Alby and Bredaryd, and the customers are mainly in the Nordic region. As a field salesperson, you report to our Sales and Marketing Manager and, based on the company’s goals and strategies, are responsible for actively driving sales and marketing of the company’s entire range of products and services. You have an existing and well-established customer base and you are responsible for the district of southern Sweden. You are based at our office in Bredaryd and have about 2-3 travel weeks per month. The sales work also includes outreach sales as well as building networks and relationships aimed at the defined market with contacts with end customers, project managers, contractors and wholesalers.
Elkapsling puts great focus on building long-term customer relationships and you act as an advisory, consulting and present salesperson who is involved in the entire sales process. You listen to needs and create the best solution for your specific customer.
Other duties include:
• Handling of inquiries and customer cases received via email and phone
• Writing contracts and being responsible for creating and submitting quotes
• Competitor and market monitoring
• Participate in trade fairs and customer activities
• Administer in the ERP system Monitor
Station: Bredaryd
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with:
• 2-5 years of previous experience working as a technical sales representative
• Experience and knowledge of the field of electricity
• At least upper secondary education
• Fluent knowledge of the Swedish and English language
• Good computer skills
• Good negotiation skills
•Driving licence

When you work alone in your role, with the other salespeople and marketing manager as a sounding board, we see that you are a self-motivated and self-motivating person. Furthermore, you are motivated by working towards set goals, seeing results and closing deals. As a person, you have great drive, commitment and are persistent in your way of working. We also believe that you are solution-oriented, patient and work in a structured way.
